By using standard components from leading suppliers worldwide, the spare parts supply is simple and effective.  The OMB project-based custom parts go through the OMB sign-in system or manual, so that spare parts can be made quickly with a short turnaround time.

Before the delivery of the projects takes place we will send you a proposal for the purchase of a spare part kit.




Remote access & login

It is possible to remotely log into the system, and to monitor directly. This enables a direct and fast service support for direct and quick service, and makes it possible to remotely analyze malfunctions and resolve problems. This is highly efficient since the reaction time is shortened considerably, and any travel expenses are saved.







Service and partners

A service agreement ensures timely service, monitored from the CRM system. OMB provides the cooperating partner companies direct specialists for a 100% service support worldwide. OMB provides comprehensive maintenance advice and maintenance and preventive and corrective machine maintenance from follow-up to the CRM system.

The extensive product range includes high quality and the fastest 4-axle SCARAs of the world as well as heavy six-axis robots, professional applications for the industrial area.

Beckhoff's high quality electrical components such as IPC (Industrial PCs), fieldbus components, servo drives, motors etc. with TwinCAT software combined with EtherCAT and the OMB product handling equipment, deliver the fastest applications for high data transfer in the automation controls.
