OMB-projects

is a company that builds machines for the automation of product handling in the food industry. OMB provides customized automated total solutions with high flexibility for product handling in both small projects as complete line projects. The engineering involves innovative technologies in combination with proven technologies in order to achieve an efficient and effective production process with a high return on investment (ROI).

 

 

After years of experience in the packaging machinery industry, OMB was founded in late 2015 and has specialized in product handling machinery with high flexibility and high processing speed. OMB's machines are equipped with innovative developments in conjunction with pick and place product handling and robotic automation.


Mechanical engineering

OMB activities include engineering, design, construction and installation of user friendly machines. The work will be carried out by a team of experienced engineers, software engineers and panel builders. The engineering consists of innovative developments in combination with proven technologies in which account is taken of possible modular expansions which are possible in various later stages. All OMB product handling machines are user friendly and easy to operate through an HMI touch screen. Any format changes are made automatically from the HMI screen combined with  a unique quick-change system. By collaboration with TNR-electrical engineering in 2017, there is an extension of flexible specialists for panel construction and the ability to build machines.



Robust design and hygienic performance

OMB product handling machines are built from a robust modular stainless steel welded base frame that can be extended. The base frame is surface-treated with prevention of microbial contamination. The entire machine is finished with modern design sheet metal and an approved transparent safety shield. The OMB machines meet FDA and EHEDG standards by, among others the use of titanium, specially impregnated anodized aluminum and stainless steel.
